CS Mrs. Shubhani Gupta, a Member of the ICSI has to her credit 7 years of experience in ROC compliances, listed companies, Stock Exchange and SEBI related matters. She is an integral part of the Group for last many year. She has to her credit extensive experience in handling Capital Markets transactions viz. Rights Issues, Buybacks, Preferential Allotments etc and allied Stock Exchange/ SEBI related matters. She has expertise in the subjects relating to Letter of Offers, Prospectus, Information Memorandums, Allotment of Securities, Private Placement of Equity/ NCDs, Buyback, Insider Trading Regulations & Delisting etc. She has been instrumental in planning & structuring various types of further allotments and listing related issues, obtaining SEBI's Exemptions, Stock Exchange approvals and other clearances.
